The History
Tucked away in the historic centre of Reggio Emilia, Villa Ludovica still retains the charm, the craftsmanship and the refined taste of its era. Built in 1901 as a prestigious private residence with a garden, it belongs to an age when architecture was conceived to express identity, culture and standing.
The Venetian terrazzo entrance hall, the timber staircase, the decorated doors and the remarkable ornamental skylight still define its character today. Now Villa Ludovica opens a new chapter: five independent residences that preserve the beauty of the original architecture while introducing a new idea of contemporary living.
